Stephen has many family members and friends living in the United Kingdom. Throughout the years of traveling back and forth across the Great Atlantic Ocean, and with help from family and friends has built quite a list of Long Term care providers he calls “friends.” They share the same philosophy and mission he himself does. This has also allowed him the great blessing and priveledge of being able to consult, talk and share information with our partners across the Pond.

He works with organizations within the Complete Senior Care Continuum Ô bringing to them practical approaches to higher profitability. “No money no mission” is a real issue but there can be no compromise in the Quality of Care given.

He moves quickly through his talks and seminars on team building and customer service, bringing to light the whole Marketing Mix. It’s purpose and application. He is not for the weak of heart, and moves to the issues fast!
